Rental rates are based on the day of the week for an 8-hour block, which includes your setup time:

Monday – Thursday $1,000
Friday & Sunday $1,500
Saturday $2,000
- Rental Duration: All rentals are for 8 hours, which includes setup time. The duration can be negotiable upon request.
- Security Deposit: A $350 refundable security deposit is required for all bookings. This is returned post-event, provided there are no damages, violations, or cancellations.
- Payments: Final payment is due 30 days before the event via check or money order (cash is not accepted).
Security & Alcohol: Alcohol may be served; however, the host must provide two APOST-certified uniformed officers for security. The Grand Hall can provide references for acceptable security personnel upon request.
- Touring the Venue: The Grand Hall can be toured, but appointments are required to ensure a personalized and informative experience for interested parties.
