- Alcohol Service: Alcohol can be served at events, but the host must provide two APOST certified uniformed officers for security. The Grand Hall can provide references for acceptable security personnel upon request.
- Refundable Security Deposit: All rentals require a refundable security deposit, which will be returned after the event, pending any damages or violations.
- Touring the Venue: The Grand Hall can be toured, but appointments are required to ensure a personalized and informative experience for interested parties.
